Art Therapy can help relieve stress and increase self-esteem. IT provides a safe way to communicate, explore emotions and solve problems creatively. It also offers an opportunity for sensory exploration and skill development.
You don't need any artistic skills or experience to benefit from art therapy. Clients are encouraged to explore a variety of art mediums including; painting, collage, sculpture, and photography in order to find an area they enjoy.
